HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order. Please allow extra to get your order processed during the holiday and sales season.

Estimated Delivery Time

As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. As we source from manufacturers, it may take approximately 8-14Ā business days delivery to US,Ā UK andĀ 3-4 weeks for international depending on the location. While we do everything possible to deliver your order as soon as possible, these timelines can sometimes take longer than expected, such as during Black Friday and Christmas Seasons.Ā

If your order hasnā€™t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our Customer Services team at info@rocerlo.com

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

Rocerlo.comĀ has the right to refuse returns that passed the 15 days allowed time after delivery.

WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related custom fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
